Laurent Vorelli, born to a family living from fishing in France and arrived in North America at the age of 23, inherited a dual nationality that profoundly influenced his diverse professional career. Laurent began his academic career in France, where he obtained a master's degree in business administration at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux. His thirst for knowledge then led him to complete a master's certificate in human resources management at McGill University in Canada.
With 20 years of experience in team management and human resources management, Laurent has worked in sectors as varied as retail, finance and professional services for renowned companies. He then embraced entrepreneurship 10 years ago, demonstrating his willingness to take on new challenges.
His commitment to human resources management led him to found Propulsion RH, a thriving company with 10 professionals and 30 experts in human resources management. Versatile in business, Laurent is also the owner of two other companies in the field of real estate, highlighting his strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit.
His exceptional contribution was recognized when he was selected by the City of Montreal as one of the 30 entrepreneurs chosen to participate in the Innovation Pathway in 2022. A member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (CRHA), the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and the Réseau des Professionnels de la Formation du Québec (RPFQ), he also held director positions on several boards of directors. Certified as a PPCC Coach and proficient in various tools such as Atman tests and group coaching facilitation with Coaching Ourselves.
Laurent combines his expertise in personnel management with his talents as a speaker, facilitator, panellist and master of ceremonies. Since 2006, he has designed and led inspiring conferences training more than 25,000 managers, professionals and business leaders in Quebec, across Canada and abroad, including in Italy, France and the Dominican Republic.
