Her transformative journey from being a highly anxious, reactive Type A person who avoided discomfort to confidently embracing it has inspired countless others to do the same. Cher has discovered that life's most beautiful and impactful moments often arise from leaning into discomfort.


As a mental health therapist, author, speaker, and coach, Cher intimately understands the detrimental impact discomfort can have on our well-being when we lack the necessary skills and mindset. She has observed how people often resist change or avoid discomfort, even when it's necessary for growth. Many individuals find comfort in the familiar and fear the unknown, leading them to cling to routines and habits that no longer serve them. Societal pressures and expectations can create a fear of failure or judgment, discouraging individuals from stepping outside their comfort zones.


Cher's mission is to empower individuals to overcome these barriers and embrace change with confidence.
