MY STORY
As a fourth-generation business owner I come from a family of pioneers, learners, and innovators. Exploring how to improve business is what my family has always done. From my grandfather designing the first ever gravity flow mill distributor, to today redesigning the employer-employee relationship to create more value and reduce stress, my family has always pushed the boundaries of what is possible to redesign and align things to simply get better results.
Over the years I've had the opportunity to help create $ millions of new business revenue creating new business models, collaborations, and programs for organizations working within and across leadership and innovation initiatives. Today I bring 20+ years experience leading people, innovation, and business operations to offer LeadersOps which fundamentally changes how leaders motivate and engage employees in work. Together with business leaders we are transforming workplace cultures to be more energizing, productive, and profitable with less stress and burnout.
