Zach has a passion for connecting to others even in the most intense situations. This passion was born out of necessity when convincing a victim to jump from the rooftop of a car to his rescue boat or a suspect to sit down for a discussion about a case. Zach honed these skills as a detective, interrogator, trainer and eventually commander of a special investigation unit responsible for undercover wildlife investigations.
Zach has taught these skills to public safety agencies for over twenty-five years and is still at it today!
