Derrick Grissom will motivate your audience to reimagine their future by envisioning that their goals are already accomplished! He’ll inform them on how to use positive thinking to transform their perspective and overcome negative and doubtful thoughts which prevents progress and sabotages dreams. In today’s world, many people give in to the limitations they place on themselves and never pursue their full potential due to self-doubt and fear. When they connect to the Limitless Leader within them, they can see the world from an optimistic perspective by courageously confronting challenges and reaching seemingly unthinkable milestones.

Additionally, Derrick motivates a variety of audiences through his stories of overcoming life’s obstacles by growing up in a working-poor, single-parent, household as the oldest of three boys with their mother, being a high school dropout, dealing with the confusion of his sexuality through his mid 20's, losing over 120 pounds, returning to school to attain his GED plus multiple degrees, to include his MBA, and ultimately, reaching heights unimaginable, statistically.

Accomplishments:

• Derrick earned his Associate's Degree at a local Atlanta Junior College, Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Oglethorpe University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from South University
• Author of 3 self-published books all in 2023, to include his most popular of which is entitled, ‘Limitless’ along with 'Your Real Life', and 6 Steps to Limitless Sales Success 
• Self-Employed - My Limitless Growth, LLC - Business Consulting/Professional Speaking Firm 
• Executive Coach for Sr. Leaders as well as business/sales consultant with both local government and private sector businesses as clients
• Serves on 8 boards within his metro Atlanta community
• Toastmaster - Earning the highest speaking award within the organization - DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster)
• National Speakers Association Member (NSA) - Serving on the Georgia Board as Director of Culture and Graduating from their NSA Speakers Academy in February 2024
• Former Corporate America Executive leaving his last role as GM (VP Level) of Sales, Customer Care, and Operations of a Fiber Telecom Company in May of 2023
• Rotary Club Member - Rockdale Rotary of Rockdale/Conyers Georgia
• President of GED Advisory Board for Gwinnett Technical College 

Additionally, Derrick mentors youth and young adults around metro Atlanta to take on self-accountability and pursue their goals with purpose and resilience.  He wholeheartedly believes that everyone has potential to be the best version of themselves, regardless of their background or status in life.
