LYNELL RENEE GREEN, EA, GRI
Lynell Renee Green is an executive coach, corporate trainer, and public speaker. She has over 30
years’ experience as a corporate executive, an entrepreneur and leadership trainer. Working at
an international CPA firm, being on the team of a start-up for a multi-million-dollar bond
placement and successful IPO, manager of a global tax department and treasurer of a public
company gives Lynell a profound understanding of business and the challenges leaders face.
Lynell chose to step away from accounting and finance to sell real estate so she could
available for her son and his activities in High School. She kept her promise not to miss any of
his games while becoming a nationally recognized agent in the top 2% of real estate agents
among Prudential Real Estate agents in the United States. This experience rounds out Lynell's
business acumen to include sales and the mindset needed to be successful in building a
successful revenue model. She completed the Strategy Certification program at Harvard which
enhanced her ability to bring her visionary skills to corporate clients and entrepreneurs’.
Lynell expanded her commitment to leaders by leading the Self Expression and Leadership
Program for Landmark Worldwide for over 10 years where she led over 10,000 hours in
leadership training sessions, participated on teams to train leaders, coached new leaders,
coached coaches, and trained coaches to coach. As City Coach, she had the honor of supporting
the leaders and the programs they led for years.
Her commitment to have leaders elevate their leadership by creating leaders on their teams is a
paradigm that benefits the individual team members and the organization. Her background in
accounting, finance and tax has her uniquely positioned to incorporate the need to meet
business goals in her approach to executive coaching and corporate training. Lynell believes it is
