Life isn't about settling, but questioning what makes us settle, and why we place limitations on our own happiness.
I'm a writer, life coach, and host of the Make It Make Sense podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. I teach through lived experiences and share my insights on the importance of self trust with others.
I am a B.S Graduate from UIUC, and an experienced marketing manager and graphic designer. After 3 years in the industry, I experienced the long term effects of self neglect that inevitably lead to burnout. From being head of the marketing department to suicidal on the bathroom floor. I spent the next 8 months rewiring my mind, and give life a second try by doing something new: putting myself first.
Through this time, I completely isolated myself; as a serial people pleaser, I kicked these habits in the butt, and started looking at what makes me me. Now, I help others feel better about themselves and how to figure out what their next step is in life. Through my podcast, I share my insights on childhood traumas, addiction, and other mental health topics, to educate others on these deep rooted topics.
