Caryn Lee
Described as authentic and engaging, Caryn's messages are thought-provoking and include strategies to implement and examples from her vast experience. Audiences can apply them immediately.
Caryn was an Associate Partner with Accenture when she left after 15 years. It was an amazing journey with a 2-year stint in London, an 8-week project in Rio de Janeiro, and trips to many European cities, Singapore, Sydney, Toronto… as well as many small towns in the US. Caryn managed large projects that involved developing strategy, re-engineering processes, and implementing technology solutions in large, complex, cross-functional organizations. She realized over that time that she had more passion for the people side of the business, than technology.
Next, she found a company that published personality assessments and assisted clients with building teams and developing people. She spent 10 years with CentACS, now called Paradigm Personality Labs. Caryn became one of three owners and ran the company, directing operations, negotiating international partnerships, in addition to consulting with clients and facilitating team building training sessions. She led them to profitability during her first year as a partner and led it to triple its earnings during her tenure.
Having grown that business with blood, sweat, and tears while raising 3 children, she was devastated when she had to sell her shares back to her partners.
So, she started over at 50! Caryn founded Narrative in 2014, a consulting firm improving business performance through cultural transformation, conflict management, coaching, training, and certification of the Narrative Big Five Assessment.
In her keynotes, Caryn shares her expertise in complex human behavior, learning to accept ourselves for who we are at our core, but learning to stretch and behave outside our comfort zone to reach our goals. She provides specific strategies to influence others and be successful. She is often referred to as authentic, and provides specific examples from her vast experience that people can easily relate to and apply in their work.
