Dr. Dave Webb currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Speakers Association. He teaches the Superintendent course for St. Cloud State University. He is a former 12 year Superintendent, the President of his local Rotary, and has been the governing board chair of his church for the past 7 years.
