Hi, I’m Dr. Kris Heap, "The Happiness Guy". For over 20 years I’ve been speaking to audiences about techniques for creating happiness in life, discovering true self-worth, and creating a culture of success in business and at home.

I believe that happiness isn’t found, it is created. I believe that the principles for true happiness, well-being, and success in life can be learned and developed in a way that isn’t boring or out-of-reach. I have developed these principles over time and using them in my own life has led me to:


·  Open for Dolly Parton at the Grand Ole Opry.

·  Compete as an athlete in the collegiate national championships.

·  Write and give away over 10,000 self-help books for free.

·  Become an Amazon best-selling author.

·  Build a multi-million dollar practice while being recognized as America’s “Best Doctor to Work For”

·  Travel around the world providing healthcare to people living in poverty with no access to care.

·  Raise a resilient family with a strong sense of family culture.


I was put on this earth to share these principles and techniques with as many people as I can. Nothing brings me more joy than speaking to an audience and seeing them engaged in the message. I love seeing the face they make when they have an “Aha! Moment”. Most of all, I love when they send me personal messages, sometimes years later, thanking me for showing them a way to create happiness in their own life, their business, or their home. My audiences range from teens all the way to corporate executives.
