For over two decades, Sharon has inspired individuals to grow into collaborative team members, confident supervisors, capable managers, and effective executives. She has accomplished this by leading with compassion. Additionally, she continues to strive to model the behaviors and attitudes that she teaches. This includes becoming a competent communicator through membership in Toastmasters International, where she is a founding member of a corporate Club. She serves as a mentor to others seeking to improve their public speaking and leadership skills.

Sharon is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker.
