I’ve had the great fortune of hearing Sylvia speak twice in the past year, and simply put, she left a lasting impression on me. Her skills and talents are top notch, but her methodology and personal approach are what sets her apart. As a former L&D practitioner focused on behavioral change, I recognize and applaud Sylvia for her careful integration of stories, personalized details, facts, and useful tools for immediate application.
