Learning to say no in the right situations will give my audiences to ability to say yes to their lives and growth.
I'm a working professional with decades of experience in several industries. Communicating with owners, CEOs, coworkers and customers takes talent and balance. I have learned what saying yes to my preferences and no to other's agendas does to improve my well being. I have made many mistakes in the name of a better job, a better relationship, more money and raising children. Now my experiences in the real world can be told to the many women and men in professional and personal stages of their lives. It's not too late. It is time to say no and get the yes you want.
My many years in consumer based industries has taught me to be up close and personal with respect. To ask the right questions and listen to the answers. Make suggestions and be adaptable to get to the goal of improvement. I have extensive experience in working with all aspects of consumer based industries and speaking to the audiences involved with both sides of the transaction. For instance, to get good customer service you need to be a good customer. To be a positive leader, it helps to see things from the employee's angle. To be a positive partner you must be fair to yourself first. To be fair to yourself you will have to say no to something or someone. This subject is my soul. I know the correlation of personal and professional scenarios.
To have a healthy work life means also having a healthy home life. This involves mental, physical and emotional health. Compromising your home life to get or keep a job does not make for a balanced life. Compromising your job to keep an unbalanced relationship going spells certain failure. I am not afraid to talk about the hard subjects. To ask the hard and uncomfortable questions. To inspire the audience to have the nerve to get their own life and habits on track for themselves. I can teach the audience to be inspired, have hope, use skills, improve their situation now and for the future. To balance the uncomfortable situations with an easy plan to follow.
