He uses this knowledge in combination with the resources he has access to as an Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership to help individuals and teams improve their focus, clarify their strategy, increase their effectiveness, and ultimately their results.

He has helped develop leaders internationally in countries such as Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Panama.
