Jasmine Romaine is a Motivational Speaker and Communications Strategist whose mission is to guide individuals on a journey that will empower and educate many to achieve greatness and stand out in their endeavors in life! Originally from the Sunshine State, Jasmine has lived in many cities in the United States including Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York City, and Chicago, sharing tokens of motivation to others along her way.
Her professional experiences working as a Radio On-Air Personality and corporate positions in the entertainment industry has allowed her the opportunity to connect with her clients and audience members that range from entry-level to C-Suite professionals. She enjoys planting seeds to help people succeed. Jasmine gives current, creative, and practical ideas for her audience to improve themselves and their business endeavors in order to flourish in a competitive market. Jasmine completed a Masters degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Bachelor degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of West Florida. Jasmine believes in passion, drive, and a dream to achieve goals in life and teaches these principles through topics about Leadership, Sales, and Communications. Her accomplishments have not only helped others to receive merit in their endeavors, she has also been recognized with the Florida Black Pages as a 2016 Top 20 Under 40 Award Recipient. She has also been recognized as a Global Woman award recipient for her work and contribution in the world of business.
From the stage to even the screen Jasmine's is versatile in how she fulfills her mission to EMPOWER. Jasmine was also part of the cast in the bold remake of the film, The Color Purple and several other film projects.
While working as a busy business professional, Jasmine also believes in enjoying the pleasures in her journey of life. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys writing, salsa dancing, meeting new people, and having adventures through travel. “No matter where you are in life, make a positive mark that can never be erased,” is what Jasmine is known for saying!
Jasmine Romaine brought her Jazz It Up energy to a workshop for the Twin Cities Black Journalists, the Minnesota chapter of the NABJ. Her "Expand Your Brand" session was highly informative and inspiring for our members. Her message resonated strongly with the journalism and PR professionals who are constantly seeking ways to grow audience engagement. As the treasurer and immediate past secretary of TCBJ, I speak on behalf of the group when I say that we are grateful that Jasmine agreed to speak to our members. It was the perfect message for the end of a really difficult year.
