C.I. Dixon is known internationally as a dynamic, highly informative speaker and trainer. His company has trained more than 10,000 clients in techniques to measurably improve their performance, utilizing DMM’s exclusive training programs.

Before becoming a business trainer and motivational speaker Mr. Dixon served as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree In Organizational Behavior. Prior to establishing Dixon Motivational Management Mr. Dixon owned and operated an international training franchise. During his tenure with this training franchise, Mr. Dixon received the World Sales Leader Award, United States Sales Leader Award and The Motivator of the Year Award.

Mr. Dixon has spoken at several schools, government organizations and private businesses. The topics of these speeches include, goal setting, personal leadership, time management, youth leadership, effective communication skills, team building and selling strategies. His interest in our youth is shown through his work with the Salvation Army, Boys and Girls Clubs of America and other non-profit organizations.

Some of the many groups that have worked with Mr. Dixon are American Business Women’s Association, Lions Club, Sheet Metal Workers Union, Oklahoma Municipal League, Oklahoma League for the Blind, Oklahoma City Public Schools, Oklahoma Crisis Intervention Center, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health, Oklahoma City Clinic, N.W. Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, Distributive Education Clubs of America, National Business League, Rolled Alloys, Pratt & Whitney Eagle Services, General Electric, Chromalloy Corporation, Howmet Corporation, Radiology Associates of Tarrant County, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Burger King, Taco Bell and a host of others.
