It was great info. It was really well delivered. His enthusiasm for AI was infectious but he counterweighted it with his input on what was ready for general use. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, and that he was speaking in many cases from personal experience, and could sort of calibrate for us, whether something was highly functional, easy to use, or powerful, but still a professional's tool. Bruce is great at virtual delivery because he's an early adopter and something of a Tech whiz or tech nerd. He uses screen sharing and whiteboards and survey tools and polling and shared word clouds and things like that as ways to keep things moving and to make them all interesting and to get his lessons to stick in the minds of his audience. If you have a chance to bring in Bruce to educate your team on anything he's an expert in, I highly recommend him.

I've heard him talk about his work, and it's deceptively simple until he puts together a few words to suggest an approach that is ready to go to market with a sizzling story. You'll probably whack yourself a few times on the head, asking, "How did I ever think I could sell in a highly competitive market focusing on our products, our solutions, rather than placing my focus on whether I was inspiring my buyers?" And after all, if buyers aren't inspired, they'll find another supplier who will get closer to exciting them and probably buy from them. You'll be left with a sales contact who will end your sales call by suggesting you send them more information and a proposal. Good luck with that!
