Audiences will learn self-empowerment, motivation and improved interaction  all by managing their thinking and leveraging their beliefs to manifest the goals they decide they want.

For 22 years, I taught a variety of communication courses at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan and Lakeland University, including interpersonal communication, team communication, business communication, leadership communication and public speaking. I coordinated 3 TEDx events at Lakeland University, with 8-10 speakers each. I have given 2 TEDx Talks on "Wanting Effectively" and "Performing Tasks Better."

I spent 40 years teaching and directing theatre at the collegiate level and have directed over 70 productions in 5 states. I have 2 Masters and 1 Bachelors in Theatre.

I founded a consulting firm called Communication Arts and over the past 10 years, I have taught business communication seminars to help leaders and employees self-fulfill confidence and create climates for unexpected business success.

I teach audiences the art of Mental Engineering: a concept I developed over many years in the classroom. I can speak on magnetizing goals, using interaction to fuel (vs. drain) us, how values influence choice, perceiving and expressing subtext and nonverbals, emotional leakage, managing our own confidence, appreciation, reframing and empathy.
