Barbara Frankson migrated to the United States from Jamaica when she was 9 years old. Barbara is an International Transformational Speaker/Coach, Master Trainer, and Author of the book Transformation from Religion to Relationship. When Barbara speaks into a room, she inspires everyone in that room and motivates them to move into action. She uses her life journey from dirt floors, homelessness to living in a gated community and owning multiple homes to take her audiences on a transformational journey that inspires, empower, and creates change from the inside out. She is master in inspiring her clients/audiences to wanting more out of life, being more and truly understanding there worth. She demonstrates how obstacles can be turned into opportunities because she whole heartedly stands on the fact along her life’s journey, she has not allowed her circumstances to define who she is she has chosen to define her circumstances and used them to fuel, ignite, and propel her into her purpose. One of her many mottos in life is Everything that happens to us in life is purposeful, in other words full of purpose. She uses stories from what she calls the 3 parts of her life Survival, Success, and Significance accompanied with her 3 p’s Pain, Passion, Purpose to inspire her audiences on changing for the better, and fully walking in their dash aka purpose. Barbara left her career of 32+ years in a leadership position to dedicate herself to working full time in the company she started Second Chances Transformation. She travels internationally empowering women at conferences and events. She has also designed unique coaching programs to lead professional women of faith in getting clarity on their purpose, assisting them in self leadership /balancing their personal and professional life, becoming more confident, and knowing their worth. Her goal is to have every woman she works with walk in their God given purpose and live a life of significance and fulfillment.
