BACKGROUND AND TRAINING

With a background in Mechanical, Process, and Industrial Engineering, and leadership experience in high-performance manufacturing environments — including Coca-Cola Business Systems — Gregory brings deep technical fluency, operational insight, and systems thinking to the human development space.

He is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and has trained with global thought leaders such as Dr. John C. Maxwell, Dr. Robert Cialdini, Sir Richard Branson, and Dr. Ivan Misner.

Affectionately known as “Engineer Greg,” he is a husband, proud father of a beautiful daughter and an amazing son, and creator of Pilly Pelican World — a children’s media platform that fosters leadership, life skills, entrepreneurship and STEM education through storytelling, entertainment and play.

Greg also sits on the board of I Am A Girl NGO, the Caribbean's leading non-profit organisation for the support and development of girls and their leadership.
