Estela is Director Employee Experience at Lifemark Health Group, previously led the Organizational Development Function at Alterna Savings Credit Union, and the Global Employer Brands of Royal Bank of Canada and Scotiabank.
She is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey in Mexico with a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor of Marketing, and a series of certifications including PROSCI Change Management, CTDP, Maxwell Leadership and Coaching.
