I bring to the table 20 years of experience in leading teams to crush challenges and obstacles and do it in such a way that we all love to come to work.
My personal vision is that "Every single breath is a gift from God that I will not waste on mediocracy or laziness, but will live life to the fullest," and that's what you will get when I'm on your team.

I love helping others find their value on a team and empowering them to achieve what they may think is unattainable. I invest time and energy in understanding how my talents, skills, and knowledge contribute to the overall success of life and those I get to share it with. As a dad of five kids, I'm well versed in patience and leading small teams too! Being a parent has taught me some of the greatest lessons in communication and approach to different personalities and perspectives and I've gotta say, being a dad has been one of the most challenging and rewarding roles I've had the honor to be.
I love to teach, learn, to grow. As a terminal air controller, I was able to arrange multiple assets in both the air and ground to produce synergistic effects and I know that I'll be able to do the same in the private sector (maybe with fewer explosions). I'm actively pursuing several certifications that will legitimize the experience that I have. Presently I'm pursuing my PMP and Scrum Master certifications and I'm excited to announce that I'll be complete with my John Maxwell Coaching and Leadership certification in the fall!
I'm excited to live this life and take on new challenges that will produce positive lasting effects for you and your team.
I'm always up for a cup of coffee, or a hike. Our family loves the outdoors and I just got "hooked" on fly fishing.
