Perseverance in adversity describes the life of Duro Akinremi. He was born in Nigeria one of seven children. Through the crucible of suffering, and sorrow, Duro has learned that there is power gained through pain and there is victory gained through faith and perseverance.
Duro is an international transformational speaker, author, teacher, and singer/songwriter. He communicates the power of perseverance with beautiful music and inspiring speeches. Duro teaching that the difficulties of life are nothing more than stepping-stones by which we attain our destiny. He further demonstrates that difficulties are meant to be the building blocks of our lives. Duro believes that challenges and problems are not sent to tear us down but to build us up.

He graduated from Tyndale College and Seminary with a bachelor or theology degree. Durodoluwa Oladunjoye Akinremi is blessed with three children and he live in Canada
