It was my honor and privilege to serve in the United States Marine Corps as a Translator, Crypto-linguist, and Platoon Sergeant, providing vital force-protection and intelligence support across the globe, from the Continental United States to Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. My honorable discharge marked the beginning of a successful and rewarding career in leadership and sales.
Over the past 24 years, I've made my mark in the Homebuilding and Senior Living industries, consistently shaping and leading winning teams. My most recent role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national senior living brand in South Florida showcased my prowess in executive leadership.
Driven by my passion for coaching, training, and speaking, I founded D Squared Advisors Inc. and established a thriving FocalPoint Business Coaching Practice. My mission: to empower leaders, executives, and business owners on their journey to excellence, drawing from my extensive experience in sales, leadership, and business acumen.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I remain deeply committed to my local community and several philanthropic organizations, including my role on the board of the Chesty Puller House, dedicated to preventing veteran suicide. My story serves as a beacon of inspiration, blending military discipline, leadership acumen, and a profound commitment to making a positive impact.
