Mary Quist-Newins is the founder, Executive Director, and President of Moneyweave® Academy. As a Certified Financial Planner®, and holder of two master’s degrees in business and finance (MBA, MSFS), along with two other advanced financial planning designations (CLU®, ChFC®). She has more than 30 years of experience in financial services.
Passionate about helping women improve their financial security, she held the only endowed professorship in the nation dedicated exclusively to the study of women and money at The American College. While at The College, she founded the thriving and unique Center for Women and Financial Services. She has received national and local recognitions through authorship, speaking engagements, research projects, awards, and media.
Mary’s background includes leadership roles in major financial services firms, three financial planning practices across the country, and teaching college-level classes to prospective CFP® certificants. Her conviction for helping women was further strengthened in her roles as president, treasurer, and past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Minnesota.
