UT, USIf you’ve spent a lifetime believing you’re not enough, saying, "I am worthy" a few times in the mirror won’t magically change that. You deserve more than band-aid solutions and a pep talk. I’ll guide you step-by-step through deep, effective transformation.
At just 16 years old, I was a rising star elite athlete with college scholarships in hand and a life full of promise ahead. But in an instant, everything changed. A devastating accident left me paralyzed from the waist down, shattering not only my body, but the identity and future I had worked so hard to build. The physical recovery was grueling, 18 months of pushing through pain just to walk again. But even harder was the silent battle that followed: the search for purpose, the struggle to rebuild a sense of self, and the deep ache of feeling broken beyond repair.
That journey sparked something powerful. Over the next decade, I poured myself into understanding what makes us who we are, not just as survivors of life’s hardships, but as people capable of growth, realignment, and purpose. I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in addiction from the University of Denver, Pursued a Ph.D in Performance psychology, became a licensed trauma therapist, and dedicated my life to helping others who’ve lost their way find themselves again.
Today, I am a national speaker, author of the book "Resilient: Using Courage and Hope to Overcome Adversity", and one of the country’s leading experts in trauma recovery and identity reconstruction. Whether I am working with high-performing executives facing burnout, or individuals recovering after trauma. I deliver more than inspiration, I teach a framework that empowers anyone build an unshakable identity and authentic self-worth, so they can experience the kind of fulfillment that actually lasts.
