Ruth is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), has a BSc in Social Work, MSc in Human Resource Leadership, is a published author and a qualified Coach and Mentor. She has been a Development Consultant for almost 30 years. She is also a practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI).
Through coaching, mentoring and consultancy, she enables and empowers individuals (specifically women) to develop a positive mindset, build their confidence and competence, as well as drive individual improvement, development, performance, quality and productivity. Her experience is built on translating strategic vision and priorities into operational excellence, through coaching and consultancy, enabling and empowering leaders, managers and teams.
Ruth brings a practical approach that builds confidence through the application of tips, techniques and tools that really work for the individual and produces results. Ruth offers a range of programmes including her signature 3R programme for career rejuvenation for women over 40 and black women leaders, Executive coaching, individual and team coaching, online challenges for self-development, Masterclasses on key leadership topics, individual diagnostics with feedback and development planning, plus team, management, and leadership development.
Our featured programme, Power Trio: RejuvenateHER©, RaiseHER© and ReadyHER© are designed to transform the lives of women by empowering personal change. Our goal is to support Black Women leaders for our future with the resilience, self -care, wellbeing and strength to grow into their authentic selves.
With access to a range of diagnostics such as, NLP, SDI and MBTI, she can help clients and learners, develop insight and confidence in practical ways. Ruth has successfully coached four cohorts (10) women over a four month programme, which explored self-analysis, personal development, building relationships and laid the foundations to navigate ongoing confident career development.
Ruth has successfully supported people's development, working in highly structured as well as innovative organisational settings, demonstrating that her approach is flexible and applicable to varied working environments across both private and public sectors.
