As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician for 20+ years, Dr. Shay has continued to grow and adapt as times have changed – from the treatment available to patients, to documentation for any injury, to educating or consulting medical and legal professionals. Dr. Corbin has also focused on cultural and staff development for his own organizations as well as other corporations.
In 2022, Dr. Shay sought out to add further value to himself and others by joining the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team as a certified speaker, coach, and trainer. Additionally, he is a Maxwell Leadership Corporate Facilitator and a member of the Maxwell Mentorship program. Dr. Shay is also a certified Maxwell DISC Behavioral Consultant.

- The Louisiana Bar Association (2016 to present) – providing continuing legal education credit hour courses for attorneys throughout Louisiana.
- Physical Medicine & Injury Center (2022 to present) – providing customer service refresher courses as well as overall team building and DISC Behavioral Analysis.
- Medical Rehab AIC & ITCNO (2023) – providing leadership and communication training as well as DISC Behavioral Analysis for all (70) employees.
- The Chiropractic Association of Louisiana(2023) – providing continuing education credit hour courses for Louisiana and Mississippi Chiropractors.
- Medical Spine & Sports Rehab Centers (2023) – Mastermind groups centered around the full book versions of 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth and Everyone Communicates Few Connect.
