If you are looking for a speaker that is relatable, motivational while teaching others about themselves, Dan is for you. Each of his keynotes have a theme centered on mental health and wellbeing.

During his time at Monmouth, Dan spoke about and mentored those with ADHD while advocating for Women’s and LGBTQIA rights.

In 2012, Dan moved to San Diego California where he decided to pivot. He started in telecommunications before moving to healthcare and finally Project Management.
When the pandemic hit, Dan found himself out of a job, with newborn twin daughters and a wife to take care of. Unhappy and nearly out of options, Dan turned to social media to stand out to employers. The major difference was he decided to step out of the shadows and do things his way.
Dan started speaking openly about being neurodiverse while creating a platform on LinkedIn that allowed job seekers to find bias free resources and opportunities. In the matter of months, Dan was reaching 200,000 people per week. Within 6 months he had pivoted again, this time to a recruiter and professional speaker. By the 9-month mark, Dan got hired by Amazon and within a year Dan had put job seekers in front of over 3 million eyes, helped hundreds get jobs, had done 60+ speaking engagements including two international keynotes in Nigeria and expanded his platform to include the fastest growing group on LinkedIn with over 11,000 people.
Priding himself on speaking on a variety of different topics including his journey, being an abolitionist, women’s empowerment and neurodiversity, Dan carries a central theme of mental health in all of his keynotes.
This allows for audiences members across the globe to be able to find commonality and ultimately have a very special takeaway every time he speaks.
