My name is Isaac and I help companies grow in potential through Speaking, Coaching, and Training in real-life experiences. Being disabled for the past 27 years has allowed me to view the world from a different perspective. It is not very often a person with a disability like mine can leverage his work experience for the betterment of others, but that is my passion.
When I was an Upper Manager in Corporate America, I had the pleasure of Coaching and Training hundreds of employees. As an owner of multiple businesses, I have the honor of working one on one with clients to grow their companies.
From Motivational Speaking about overcoming life on four wheels, to helping businesses see the importance of WHY a DEI program is vital for business growth, I want to use my experiences to build more educated and compassionate leaders.
