Annette Mulligan is a legally blind type 1 diabetic since the age of 2. She understands the challenges and heartache that come with chronic health issues. She also understands there is 

another way to live life with abundance and positivity!  She has developed strategies and principles that have guided her to live daily with the mindset of “partnering and owning her health.”


The strategies she has developed to live life to the fullest are: “The 5 Principles of Health – Proactive. Preventative. Partnering.” Presenting the 5 Principles of Health in her training of medical professionals, businesses and her coaching programs is how she desires to change the current perspective of living with chronic and other health issues.


Her desire is for people to discover what really makes them tick, what they believe, and what their core motivations are that are causing them to make the choices they make. Understanding these aspects of mind, body and spirit can bring someone to a much healthier and more fulfilled lifestyle.

Annette has a BA in Religion and a MA in Organizational Management. She has been a workshop leader for over 40 years and is currently in leadership with several coaching and networking organizations. She is an Integrated Wellness Trainer, Workshop Leader, Certified Life Coach, Author, and Independent Arbonne Consultant.


She is also a graduate of New Vibe Coach Training and the National Speakers Academy. She is a published author of “Living Beyond the Diagnosis – My Journey with Type 1 Diabetes and Beyond.”
