Keith Mercurio

Keith has leaders actually see their people, not at a superficial, artificial level. He's able to connect with leaders in a way where he has them actually be able to visually see their people and then hear them and then understand them and then from there within an organization, any type of result as possible.

When we brought Keith in, and it was a really big investment. And, so the question was 'how do we quantify the results that we're going to get?' We were really fortunate to have seen him in action with other firms so we had both faith and anecdotal evidence to make the leap. We can say now being on the other side of this, it would have been very foolish to have passed on the opportunity to work with Keith - it was money well spent.

The feedback we got after the session from a lot of the folks that are in the room who have experienced countless training sessions was that this felt different. Through his delivery, content, and a deep understanding of human performance, Keith's meaningfully differentiated himself from the other experiences that we've had.

So grateful to be together as brand - back in Vancouver at our annual Kickoff. Inspiring content, and even more inspiring stories of dreams being realized and lives being changed throughout the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand. One of my many take aways so far (and thank you Keith Mercurio) - 'If you want big things from people, you have to SEE them as big. At their biggest and best.'

Today, the team at Pittsburgh City 1-800-GOT-JUNK? had a fantastic morning exercise that helped motivate the team and provided validation from their peers. It was an exercise that we learned last week in Vancouver during Keith Mercurio's session. The activity was so effective that it was impossible to leave the room in a negative mood after seeing that many Hi-5's. It's always great to start the day with positive energy and a motivated team.

Keith, thank you for leading another great workshop and thank you for being a game-changing mentor for me and my life. I've walked into several large rooms of people with you now and every single time I leave that room with so much love for each person in the room and uniquely inspired by them. If you ask me, THAT is your superpower. "People are only as good as the label you give them."

So excited to welcome Keith Mercurio as our featured keynote facilitator - and I say facilitator instead of speaker because that's really what he's going to do. Facilitate thought provoking conversation with the entire audience. He's going to pull us out of our comfort zones - and that's ok - and prepare our entire audience to really open ourselves up to learning and growing as we continue on through the conference week. After spending just 30 minutes on the phone chatting with Keith I knew this guy was going to be a can't miss opportunity for our attendees.
