SHANARI courageously blazed a trail from Detroit's city streets to Wall Street, overcoming every adversity to unlock the secrets to money, power, and success for other women and people of color.

SHANARI’s career spans over 25 years in banking, insurance, investments, tax preparation and real estate, and as one of only a few Black, female Financial Advisor’s in the country, she remains a tireless advocate for closing the wealth gap and increased equity, diversity and inclusion in financial services.

SHANARI’s extensive business holdings include Boss Lady Money & Power LLC, a syndicate of industry-leading women dedicated to coaching, training and championing women of color on the rise! She sits on the board of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP-Detroit) and is an active member of numerous professional organizations such as the Michigan Association of Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
