I speak about how we can retrain our brain against our built-in negativity bias we can harness positivity in all aspects of our lives.

Liz Moldenhauer started her journey as a hot head mother, wife and coworker at the age of 19. Like many, throughout her years she has faced many personal and professional challenges (Work-life, Divorce, Interpersonal Conflict). Along the way she has developed habits of positive thought through simple concepts that have made a huge impact in every facet of her life.

About 9 years ago, Liz discovered that while she had been working on her overall health and fitness, she was missing something – developing her mind against engrained negative thought patterns. Having just moved 200 miles away from home with her children, Liz found herself with self-doubt and anxiety. Through personal development, mindfulness and grit, Liz has developed her brain (just like a muscle) to transform her thoughts into a place of positivity. Liz knows that this shift is the catalyst to many personal and professional successes in her life.

Liz shares her process through mentorship of women personally and professionally. She shares strategies on how we can retrain our brain against our built-in negativity bias and to harness positivity in all aspects of our lives. Audiences will leave this session inspired to begin their practice to retrain their brain into positivity. Participants will leave with a desire to seek out development opportunities for themselves and identify strategies to practice training their brain against negativity bias.
