As a Global Corporate Educator, Coach and Keynote, Glen has been transforming the way people think, learn, and succeed for over 25 years. His core focus is educating both leaders and employees on how to improve their mental health and business strategy while building more diverse, resilient, and productive work teams.
Glen currently leads global training on over 75 wellness and business topics. He has presented webinars for many organizations including Multinational Corporations, Financial Institutions, Government Ministries, Cities, Law Firms, Hospitals and Universities. During the pandemic Glen facilitated training for global companies including American Express, Citibank, IBM, Imperial Oil, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, Pepsi, Qualcomm, RBC, Schlumberger, S&P, and Thomson Reuters.
Prior to this, Glen worked at the University of Toronto for 18 years including as an Assistant Director with the Rotman School of Management. He then taught at McMaster University Faculty of Engineering and Centennial College Business School. As a University and Corporate Educator, Glen has delivered over 2200 presentations and worked with people from more than 135 countries.
Glen holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology form York University and a master's degree in Education from the University of Toronto. He completed Certificates in Psychological Health and Safety, Adult Training and Development, Social Work and Solution-Focused Brief Coaching. Glen is an ICF Certified Coach and a member of Advanced 123 Toastmasters. He is also qualified to administer the Harvard developed CareerLeader®.
