Marion has a passion for personal growth and servant leadership. It has become his life purpose to help others realize their dreams, goals and aspirations. In July 2017 Marion joined the Maxwell Leadership Team to become a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. Working together, he will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals. Marion has over 25 years of leadership experience, within multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing and construction. In addition to my real-life experience and certification through Maxwell Leadership Team, I have completed a 6 month leadership training and development program hosted by the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce.
