"Ellen is funny, engaging, & has deep knowledge of what causes stress & how to resolve it," + "engaging, relatable, and super fun (like, super duper fun)."  Helping audiences manage stress, bust burnout, and increase resilience. Virtual only.

Burnout. Stress. Exhaustion. Ellen offers her audience an engaging and interactive virtual experience with science-based solutions and strategies to reduce stress, bust burnout, and build resilience.  She has been called funny and hilarious by audiences (and friends), but not by her mother who has described her as "having a smart mouth."  Ellen took that as a compliment, but isn't sure it was one.  Ellen reminds audiences that ignoring stress until it goes away is the preferred solution, it's not really that effective.

Ellen is a speaker, stress management consultant + coach, and expert who teaches and coaches business leaders, teams and entire organizations how to manage and prevent stress. Ellen believes that the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to employee well-being and stress management is too limited for people and organizations who are committed to making real, lasting, and sustainable changes.  She uses a solution-focused, customizable, and experiential talks and programs that strengthen connection to awareness, meaning, and purpose so that participants can discover what works for them to manage their stress and take purposeful-action.

Ellen’s professional background and expertise includes 12 years as a published scientific researcher, 9 years as an award-winning university instructor, and 9 years leading The StressLess MethodⓇ.  She has a Masters Degree in Adult Education, is a National Board Certified Health + Wellness Coach, and a Wellcoaches Professional Health + Wellness Coach. She’s helped thousands of students and clients transform their life and health by learning how to manage their stress in a way that works for them.  This results in better health individually and cultivates a more agile, productive & connected workplace especially during times of change and uncertainty.

Ellen is only available virtually.  As such, she is confident and experienced with creating interactive, experiential, and engaging programming.

Testimonial:

"Ellen's work is extremely important in today's  high-stress, high-burnout landscape. I recently worked with her when she  facilitated a sold-out workshop for the Empathy in Tech community I  helped co-found. She easily engaged with people from varying backgrounds and locations, created an environment of trust, and presented  easy-to-implement tools. Ellen's expertise in her field helps people and  organizations set themselves up for success by integrating self-care  and stress management into their routines and operations. She is engaging, relatable, and super fun (like, super duper fun) all while  teaching leaders and businesses to change deep-rooted habits." -Katie Werremeyer, Co-founder + CEO Heartware
