Dan Nicholas

Dan lived a life that most would assume to be a fast track to an early grave before a local business owner took notice of him and offered him a spot on a roofing crew. By being seen, being given opportunity, and being encouraged to work hard by people who stuck by him, Dan’s life shifted to one filled with loving family, growing multiple multimillion dollar companies, shepherding ministries, and mentoring numerous entrepreneurs.

Over the span of 35 years Dan grew Roofs by Nicholas into a leading roofing company in west Texas, and has also branched out with multiple other companies including, but not limited to, land development, residential and commercial building, solar energy, landscaping, and business and leadership coaching through Alpha Omega Leadership. He pastored The Seed Church for 8 years, sat on the board of the Better Business Bureau, was board president for Helping Hands Ministry, and has been a highly involved board member of Stepping Stone Ministry for nearly two decades. Dan is admired among his colleagues for his relational focus on people, prioritizing good stewardship, and generosity.

Dan loves to teach practical business strategies and mindset with a legacy-minded focus because that’s how he’s operated for decades. He’s well-known for walking alongside people who have dreams of being business owners and helping them narrow down their thoughts into precise ideas and then growing those ideas into big dreams.
