As the CEO and Founder of two thriving businesses, Robyn Jones advocates personal and professional development for those in any organization in any industry. She is an engaging coach, speaker, and trainer who can mobilize and drive momentum toward growth and change in leadership, communication, and team collaboration.

Robyn Jones is a Team Member and certified DISC Consultant with the Maxwell Leadership Team and is equipped with tools and resources to help individuals, teams, and organizations improve performance, productivity, and profitability. Robyn has over 20 years of entrepreneurship, leadership, speaking, and training experience. She is the CEO and Founder of Innovative Leadership Solutions, LLC., and is also a trained tax accountant, management consultant, and CEO of RC Tax & Accounting, LLC. She is a licensed minister and sits on the Board of Douglas County Education Foundation and the Division of Business-Academic Advisory Board of Talladega College.

She holds a BA degree in Business from Talladega College (AL) and an MSM degree (Leadership Concentration) from Strayer University. She is completing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University.
