MD, USCarl Burnett is a Senior Faculty Associate at Montgomery College, Information Technology Institute (ITI). He has been teaching at ITI since 2007. Mr. Burnett was a practitioner faculty member at Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School from 2004 to 2012. Mr. Burnett has been a Director, Senior Project Manager, Chief Enterprise Architect, Project Manager, and Chief Technology Officer for numerous corporations since 1994. Mr. Burnett retired from the US Army, Corps of Engineers in 1994. Mr. Burnett holds numerous US patents for geospatial information management technologies that have been adopted as international standards for the movie, television, telecommunication, and Internet industries. Mr. Burnett is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems.
