Energetic and engaging, Denise's presentations are interactive, helping participants gain insight into the world of disability and accessibility, with a focus on making websites accessible for all.

Denise Páne is the Founder and CEO of Access Design Studio, the leading expert in ADA compliant, accessible websites for the hospitality industry. A lifelong advocate of people with disabilities (starting with her own Special Olympian brother), Denise boasts over 20 years of hospitality business design expertise, with a special focus on making websites compelling and inviting for people of all abilities. She is an Accredited Accessibility Expert and a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and the World Wide Web Consortium.

Denise's focus is conveying that accessibility is first and foremost about people… it's about quality of life for real people. Her presentation is designed to humanize the concept. She moves business owners through being extrinsically motivated by fear (of lawsuits) and anger (of having yet another law to abide by) to being intrinsically motivated to be a part of giving people with disabilities the dignity and agency they deserve. As well as being motivated because accessibility will be very good for their business.

Denise has spent her entire life as an advocate for the disabled. The reason is her brother, who has epilepsy and is developmentally delayed. The deep love their family shares for each other has made disability advocacy a natural course for Denise.
