Titilola is an Educator, Corporate and Youth Speaker, Teacher, Coach and Pastor. She brings life changing, growth-oriented leadership contents to children, youths, parents, and adults especially in educational settings. She has founded a number of Organizations that focus on children/youth and families, such as Mustard Seed Child Care and Learning Place, Mustard Seed International School, Mothers on Bended Knees International Ministries and Mustard Seed Leadership Consults, LLC, which have all delivered tremendous results. She is passionate about teaching and equipping children and youths, excel and become all that they can be. She believes every child has potential for greatness and can expand their divinely given potentials if they are well adequately guided early.

With over 35 years of teaching, Titilola brings a wealth of experience in working with children and youths, great wisdom in raising her four successful adult children, over 17 years of support as a Co-Pastor, Preacher, Counsellor at her local Church and other ministries, to youth groups and churches.

She has an International Praying Ministry for Mothers called "Mothers of Bended Knees Internationa Ministries" a powerful life changing program, where she leads weekly prayer telephone conference calls with mothers joining from different parts of America and other parts of the world. Mothers on Bended Knees is the highlight of Titilola's speaking platform. It is also an Educational Training Session and Workshop for both parents and youth. This Ministry continues to record great testimonies of life transformation

Knowing that it is impossible to lead others, if you cannot lead yourself, Titilola pays attention daily to her own personal development growth. She is a member of John Maxwell Team, a team that is internationally known for leadership and values. She is also certified as a Youth Facilitator under the same John Maxwell organization. She daily invests in her personal and leadership growth by reading relevant books and materials on leadership as well as intentionally creating time to listen to great speakers, like John Maxwell, and seasoned mentors at conferences.

Titilola works with children summer camps teaching leadership values tailored for all ages both in virtual environment and on-site.

With transforming communication lessons and Exploratory Report, an assessment tool that helps youths to discover their "who they are and the choices of who they can become" Titilola helps the young ones to discover their purpose in life.
