As a certified training manager/director and facilitator, Megan Billnoske has inspired 14,000+ leaders around the world and launched 14+ training programs. Throughout her 12-year corporate career as a trainer and project manager, she has successfully progressed into roles of increasing leadership and scope while working in over 12 industries. In 2023, she was nominated for the Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award and won the National Speakers Association Houston – Member of the Year award.
Along with her corporate experience, she’s also received training from Disney Institute, DDI, FranklinCovey, Ken Blanchard Companies, Langevin and others. In 2022, she established IMSPIRE, LLC, a training, speaking and consulting company, as a way to expand her platform and ability to develop more people and organizations.
Community is one of her values, so she also volunteers as President Elect for the National Speakers Association Houston Chapter, on the Houston Association for Talent Development (ATD) marketing committee, at the University of Houston teaching the future of HR/Development professionals and the Houston Food Bank.
In her personal time, she loves spending time with her best friend and husband Chris, traveling the world.
