Eduardo Montano Pellegrini

I have been happily married since 1995, with two fantastic kids that are now young adults — I´m extremely proud of them and have enjoyed every single moment in family.

I'm convinced that happiness is achieved by a constant pursuit of success in every area of our life, specially faith, family, health, work and friendship.

I have been an Entrepreneur for well over three decades. My goal has always been to overcome challenges and seek innovative solutions to existing problems by proposing better ways of doing things. It is my legacy to share all I have discovered or created so others can keep building on it.

I launched my first two companies while majoring in Systems Engineering and Computer Science and then went on to specialize in Finances.

I've also been a part of several boards, including EO (Entrepreneur Organization) —an international organization with over 13 thousand entrepreneurs in 150 nations. Moreover, I've presided it in my country and region.

Throughout my professional career, I've played an active role in the creation and management of over thirteen companies. I've experienced everything in the entrepreneurial world —from bankruptcy to success.

My entrepreneurial heart has led me to discover new worlds always. This is how I found my passion: education.

Working over twenty years with more than three thousand kids and teenagers, ages three to seventeen, ignited the creativity I needed to find effective strategies to help them be socially appreciated, successful and most importantly —happy individuals.

I was convinced, after my relentless search, that parents are the ones who can truly make a difference in our children, which is why I focused on developing techniques designed to enhance family relationships. My main goal was always to find strategies and methods for parents to maximize their children's potential.

With this in mind, I've dedicated years to testing various techniques with different families, including my own. After the overwhelmingly positive results, I developed a six-step activity which I call "Family Forum."

I hope you accept the challenge, only good things will come out of it, not only will you have new ways of enjoying your kids, but also make them better.
