Where did The 6-Hour CEO™ come from?

I started my first practice in the basement of a local gym with a massage table, a cell phone, a Palm Pilot, and business cards from a mall kiosk.


From there, I built a 6-location, $4M+ practice with a 17-therapist clinical team and 40+ total staff across the San Francisco Bay Area.


The real win wasn’t growth.


It was learning how to run the business without it running me.

Over time, and with great coaches, a decade in EO, relentless reading, strong mentors, and plenty of trial-and-error, I built the systems, decision rules, scorecards, and leadership habits that let me manage the business in about 6 hours a week.
