Victoria Bondoc
Victoria Bondoc is the CEO and founder of Gemini Industries, a strategic advisor to the US Defense and Homeland Security assisting in anticipating and averting terrorist attacks across the globe. Since 1986, she has grown Gemini from one person and created more than 1,500 jobs. Her ALL-IN approach and No-Fail, No-Excuses standard has delivered advanced technology for the Navy Seals, and created strategies to help leaders anticipate terrorist attacks and apply military concepts to business.
As a Keynote speaker, she has inspired audiences of 300 to 1,000 with experiences overcoming challenges, building a business with a 30-year track record contributing to National Security. She shares her tough and effective approach and uses music, film, history and examples from her own experience to show how "battlefield" concepts can be used to take the competitive edge and achieve goals.
In her book Mission Impossible published in July, 2021 Victoria shares the approach that took her from a rare disorder that left her legally blind to working with the Army investigating Black Market crime to creating a multi-million-dollar company that specializes in solutions to complex high-priority National Security Challenges. and operates at twenty locations across the U.S.
Victoria's leadership and the success of Gemini has garnered Special Congressional Recognition and national industry awards. She received a BS in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MA in Computer Science from Boston University.
