Gina Lepore

With more than 3 decades of coaching and direct line executive-level experience, Gina has accomplished some hard things. What changed the game for her was the perfect storm of caring for a sick parent, her sister being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, and losing steady income all while going through personal health and life changes. Life is hardly ever perfect and sometimes the events before you can downright suck.  She uses the backdrop of those experiences to help strong people who may have crashed and gotten lost along the way to rise from the ashes and begin again. Life is what you decide you want.

Most people are impressed with her achievements.  What she is most impressed with is what she has overcome and who she is becoming through choosing to live and win. Life is never a linear journey and the pits teach you how to become an incredible climber.
