Dr. Bernadine Martinez

I am an exquisitely credentialed leadership coach who supports leaders in the non-profit, for-profit, and other academic professionals in achieving sustainable, quantifiable gains in continuous quality improvement. I have worked with many individuals and groups to help them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

Through my work as a leadership trainer and coach, I have helped countless people to improve their lives and achieve success. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and making a difference in the world.

I have always been an exemplar in the educational space. After working as an Assistant Superintendent of Education, Regional Head Start Program Director, early childhood teacher, and principal, I know what it takes to be successful in education. I have also successfully built, developed, coached, and scaled a top team from 50 to 300 people to create a diverse and resilient workforce. I have created a team of educational leaders who provide high-quality early childhood education and guidance to six grant locations and many school district partnerships across Texas, including providing professional development to over 200 staff and education to over 1800 students that are subjected to the challenges of low-income poverty levels.

In addition to creating successful teams, I have successfully spearheaded the startup and implementation of program operations, instructional programs, and evaluated programs and services for over 17 million dollars. I also ensure federal compliance with various mandates and provides professional development to achieve excellence in student outcomes. My passion for education drives my commitment to create positive change in the field. With my wealth of experience and knowledge, I am poised to help educators everywhere achieve their goals.

I believe that each child develops as an individual within the context of a family and community. As part of a developmentally appropriate and research-based educational approach, I am committed to working with all adults and children in a way that recognizes and supports their interests, development, temperaments, languages, cultural backgrounds, and styles.

Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by human potential and the power of learning. As a veteran and former military training instructor for the United States Air Force, over the past 15+ years, I have designed innovative training and instructional systems that drive cultural, transformational, and professional growth. My work has taken me worldwide, from the United States to Europe to Asia.

What I love most is helping people grow into their best selves. Those willing to push themselves beyond their comfort zones to achieve something greater constantly inspired me.

After completing my Superintendent Certification program at Texas State University, I am proud to have obtained the coach, trainer, and speaker certification from The John Maxwell program. These combined bring dedication, focus, and excellence to each coaching engagement, build capacity and help clients overcome limiting beliefs to become high-performing leaders and teams.

In addition, I have also obtained a Post-Master’s Principal Certification, a Master of Education in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Education--all from Wayland Baptist University. and obtained her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from West Texas A&M.
