I am a Toastmaster and Certified Speaker and Trainer by the John Maxwell Team recognized internationally for providing excellent and customized training and key-note speeches on leadership, communication and personal growth.

I do five things:

• I assess behaviour using Maxwell DISC methodology

My Speaking Journey

Joined Toastmaster International in 2013 and conducted several workshops and speaking programs. I have won several best speakers awards at various levels. I am also managing two corporate toastmaster clubs responsible for training the general managers, sales managers and others.

Joined John Maxwell Team and Certified in 2020. I enjoy facilitating Leadership Game at corporates and with individuals virtually as well as in person. I have also facilitated several masterminds covering topics like personal growth, communication and leadership. I am frequently invited for lunch and learn or webinars on topics like business growth and leadership development.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant working as head of finance and accounts of a group company and co-founder of a management consultancy firm. I realized at the early stage of my career that communication and leadership skill is crucial to growing to the top. It worked, and I am part of the Senior Management Team of the Group, where I worked and supported the turnaround of several companies in the Group. Now, I feel proud to take this message to the world that Leadership and communication are vital to reach the top and stay there.
