Rich's expertise and understanding of Career Transition comes from dedicating many years to helping people with their careers, overlapping his living in the HR world. People often have a narrow focus during career transition, closely examining their limitations instead of capabilities. As a Career Transition Coach, Rich helps people examine their potential and assists them in finding the best possible opportunity.


His expertise of the HR world comes from leadership roles in helping companies become more effective, including The Home Depot, Circuit City, Penske, and Lowe's. He is currently an Employee Relations Consultant with HR Sanity, and a Human Resources Consultant with HR Answerbox. Creating and sustaining a high level of employee engagement and trust within organizations does not occur automatically. Rich has worked closely with business leaders to strengthen the employer-to-employee relationship.


Career recognition includes being named Hero of the Economy by CNN for work performed at Circuit City. He is also known throughout his profession as "Rich-the-HR-Guy." As an author, he has published two books, "Career Trust" and Unleashing Your Career," both designed to help people find the level of career fulfillment they seek.


Outside of work, Rich is dedicated to making his community and the world better. He serves as an Area Governor and Innovative Member Pathways Coordinator within Rotary International, currently assisting clubs and members from Pittsburgh thru South Carolina in multiple capacities.
